恒例となりましたタンゴダンスアジア選手権は今年で15回目をむかえます。
2018年8月に開催予定のタンゴダンス世界選手権の地区予選の一つとして 開催されるこの選手権は最も初期から行われている地区予選の一つです。
ここで活躍したダンサーが毎年8月にブエノスアイレスで開催されている 世界選手権で上位入賞しているのはもちろん、世界チャンピオンも誕生しており、 まさに世界トップレベルのダンサーたちがしのぎを削る地区予選となっています。 世界選手権では一昨年はアグスティーナ＆ウーゴ、昨年はアゴスティーナ＆アクセルと 日本にゆかりのあるダンサーが連続で優勝しています。 アジア選手権はおよそ200名の出場者が日本はもちろんアジア全域の16ヶ国から集まります。
今年はさらに参加者が増えると思われ、過去最大規模となることは間違いありません。
競技のほか、アルゼンチンより来日する審査員のダンサーカップルによるデモンストレーション
ダンスや、楽団（仁詩クアルテート、オルケスタ・デ・タンゴ・ワセダ）の生演奏も予定！

The 15th edition of the Tango Dance Asian Championship.
This is one of the preliminaries for the Tango Dance World Championship held in August 2018 in Buenos Aires.
The participants of the Asian Championship are always in final of the World Championship, and also have won it and been champion, which makes the Asian Championship one of the best tango dancer’s competition in the world. Last edition in 2017, we had around 200 participants, coming from more than 16 countries from Asia.
